Anna is a social activist, board member and Principal Coach of her new coaching business Flourish Coaching. Anna coaches individuals seeking to grow their effectiveness, personal goals, human connections and incorporating their priorities and passions into their working lives. Anna strongly believes that people can do incredible things and she leads with a focus on strengths and love, and with a goal of helping people meet their full professional and personal potential. She is constantly amazed at the genius and creativity of humans and is passionate about finding ways to bring together different voices and minds to achieve excellence and change. Anna believes deeply that when people can bring their whole selves to work; have time and explicit encouragement to prioritise their families and/or passions; have access and encouragement to contribute to their communities in a meaningful way, they are engaged, committed, energised and inspired to give their best to their employer and its performance.
