Today we are shining a light on Romy Bursztyn (Kennedy, 1992) who after having undertaken her entire school journey from Prep through to VCE at Lauriston, is now an Integrative Nutritionist and Accredited Health and Wellness Coach at her new clinic in Kings Arcade, Armadale. Romy lives locally with her husband, three teenage children and their two crazy dogs. ![]() For the past 20 years Romy has been balancing the work/mum life and working in the nutrition, food and health industries - in private practice, corporate workplaces, food manufacturing businesses, education in schools and the not-for-profit sector. Her philosophy is that what we eat and the lifestyle choices we make are the foundations of our health, and that we need to look after ourselves the best we can ‘now’, as this will impact the way we feel and function in the future. Romy currently runs a private consulting practice where she supports clients through sustainable dietary, wellness and lifestyle strategies, including a range of preventative and restorative measures, allowing for an empowering and transforming journey to optimal health. Taking an integrative approach at all times, she focuses on the ‘whole’ person to help identify and understand the root cause of her clients’ symptoms and health concerns. Through a personalised and holistic approach that fits each individuals’ unique life circumstances, she guides clients to make well defined and measurable goals, keeping them on track and holding them accountable for making forward progress and achieving lasting results. She is very passionate about supporting clients towards a more positive relationship with their body and food. She also runs refreshing and engaging workplace seminars and small group and individual coaching sessions. By taking an integrative approach, participants will develop the skills to optimise their health and wellbeing and reduce the impact of stress in their personal and workplace life. And she offers interactive school-based seminars aimed at teenagers on the topic of ‘Body Image’ and how to boost our self-esteem and body image.
