Five years ago Anna volunteered to be a mentor with Women in Banking Finance (WiBF); a not-for-profit membership organisation aimed at increasing the representation of female leaders in the banking and finance sector. She is happy to be a mentor again this year and has enjoyed the virtual 2020 program launch which connected 60 professionals from a diverse range of organisations. Anna wishes to acknowledge her own mentor from 2013, Genevieve Overell AM.
Armed with the inspiration to pay it forward, Anna continues to offer mentoring expertise.
Anna volunteers for 'Go Girls' - Go for IT - www.ggcyber.org - an organisation that shows school girls the awesome things you can do in the world of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths). Whilst she is in financial services today, Anna originally started her career as a Chemical Engineer.
